"This was an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They kept increasing my rates without any notice and even tried to scare me with penalties when I politely asked to cancel my policy because I was moving to another state. Their main manager seemed focused only on taking as much money from me as possible. After two years with them, all I got was stress and disappointment. Stay away — they only care about your money, not about helping customers."
